It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our own. Julie, summed up in the words of her loving daughter, was a “hard working, determined, funny, kind, J&J Plant Lady, Mom, Grandma, sister, aunt, and friend.” Julie Flint worked at J&J for 35 years, retiring in 2017. She was beloved by all employees and customers. During her time at J&J, she worked in the Greenhouse Department pulling orders, helping customers, making and arranging signage, and was a go-to person for plant questions. She was a dedicated and loving friend to so many of us here. If you have ever shopped at our nursery or watched one of our commercials you have probably seen her smiling face. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
