Contractor/Business Account Application Requirements:

  1. Applications will only be accepted for businesses in the Green Industry, whether you hold a contractor license or not.

  2. Keep in mind that the volume of business conducted with J&J Nursery/ Great Basin Turf Products will be considered in setting up an account.

  3. We do require current license copies: sales tax, if applicable, contractor with industry classifications, architect, etc. and a city business license, if applicable.
